Defensive Courses are set out to develop correct attitudes and impart essential knowledge that will extend the participant’s skill in dealing with other road users and potentially hazardous situations. The ultimate aim of the course is to develop the participant to be “A Safe Driver/Rider.”

Our standard programme is a one-day course (8.30am ~ 3.45pm) consisting of theoretical lesson, simulator driving/riding and practical training. Special programme can be tailored to specific needs and requirements.
SSDC, a private organization was established since 20 July 1983 as a pioneer driving centre in Singapore. We started training for motorcycle riders on 1 April 1985 and motorcar drivers on 1 September 1985.
The course will raise your defensive driving skills, visual perception skills, knowledge of Vehicle Limitations, and a driver’s responsibilities to other road users.
