All work in this area must be completed in accordance with relevant legislative, industry, customer and organisational requirements, including Occupational Health & Safety/Work Health & Safety (OHS/WHS) policies and procedures.
Learning Outcomes
Use of a portable fire extinguisher, a fire hose reel and a fire blanket
Apply methods of accounting for people
Assist people who need assistance
Carry out a search pattern within an area
Contribute to emergency management planning
Use equipment assigned to assist with implementing the workplace emergency procedures
Upon successful completion of this course, student will be awarded the Statement of Attainment and a wallet-size card* inclusive of the Nationally Accredited course information, student name and course attended date.
