The course will cover the identification and definition of business challenges. You will learn how to create human-centric strategies, products and services for your customers. Identification of your customers’ social, emotional, and physical needs will be a critical component. The ideation process will focus on creating, developing, and testing the solutions you make. You will address real-world challenges and present solutions to your stakeholders.
