Throughout this certificate program, participants will be expertly led through each phase of the design thinking process and develop a deep understanding of the tools and methods that can be applied to working with end-users. Various case studies and activities will be used to ensure a deep understanding among the participants.

To guide and track learning, a workbook will be used throughout the program. Once the workbook, all modules, and submission of the application of knowledge are complete, participants will be evaluated and then awarded the Spring2 Design Thinking Certification.

 

This certificate is for government individuals and teams who want to learn how to understand and solve complex challenges, through a user-focused, and empathy driven lens.
