Develop Your Speaking Style

Develop Your Speaking Style is a two-day, program for entry-level managers. This program is designed for groups of individuals, so there are no open-enrollment options. In this program, participants receive an assessment of the strengths and weaknesses of their current communication style.

Then they experiment with specific choices that will help them gain a greater level of comfort, a deeper awareness of their listeners, and a more effective personal style. Through multiple video recordings and individualized coaching, participants experience the positive difference these choices can make in their communication.
