Our Developing Computer Programming Courses feature:
In the Developing Polar Peril course, students get their second opportunity to create a game using the Java programming language with the Processing tool. These technologies allow us to focus on the fundamentals of code while still achieving great things to keep students interested. Polar Peril will feature problem solving, including implementing the mathematical equation of slope, logical statements, loops, and arrays in more depth than ever before. Students will begin making the game from scratch and continue past our final version of the game through customization.

The Game Development and Design program at VCAD focuses on providing graduates with the solid foundation in the technical and artistic skills they need to become a part of this growing industry.
Game programmers develop and implement the software code that makes video games function. They work closely with game designers, artists, and other members of the game development team to create the game’s core mechanics, gameplay features, and user interface.
Harmony Fundamentals for Gaming is a 6 day course led by a Toon Boom Senior Solutions Specialist. Participants will learn the core gaming concepts in Harmony from basic tools and interface to character creation, rigging, skinning, animation and pipeline integration in Harmony Premium.
Learn all aspects of game creation (Programming, Design and Graphics). The teacher is a video game pro. He gives his recipes for creating games enjoyed by players.
On-site, instructor-led live Unity Software training courses demonstrate through interactive hands-on practice the fundamentals of game development with Unity while walking participants step-by-step through the creation of their own games.
