We are a client centered and education driven program. We encourage clients to lead their own health journey and are committed to providing high quality care to those who are impacted by the social influences on health.

Founded by The Kitchener Downtown Community Health Centre and Sanctuary Refugee Health Centre, our services are responsive to your individual health goals, and together we create healthy communities.
We offer evidence-informed, innovative healthcaring for anyone facing barriers to health services, including people who are newcomers, refugees, experiencing homelessness or precarious housing and who are challenged by other social influences of health in Kitchener-Waterloo.
Participants enrolled in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) courses will learn the latest CPR and AED rescue techniques. At Calgary First Aid we offer Heart and Stroke Foundation Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) courses. This course is offered at both of our training locations.
Students will explore the impact of trauma on child development, drawing on attachment, neurobiological, and socio-cultural components of trauma.
This course will define and explore the practice and benefits of meditation.
The Dental Assistant Level I & II diploma program is both comprehensive and intensive.
The course focuses on the basic understanding of anatomy and physiology as it applies to Foot and Hand Reflexology, foot and hand examination, practical methodology and techniques, and health and session recording.
