This 8-week course will engage adults in learning and building upon DBT skills to help manage common areas of concern. Topics include mood stabilization, emotional eating, substance use, sexual health, and relationship functioning.
Skills will focus on distress tolerance, emotional regulation, mindfulnes, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Cost?
$600 for all 8 sessions payments can be made in installments and insurance can be used to claim for psychological services
