Our Level 5 New Zealand Diploma in Information Systems is our entry level Software Development course. Our course is designed to take you from any level of knowledge and give you the skills you need to gain an entry level IT job or study further.
This full-time level 5 Diploma highlights the benefits of employment in the Information Technology industry. It comprises eight closely-connected modules which are delivered over 40 teaching weeks, which will gradually increase the student’s knowledge and skills .
Students will gain a broad understanding of information technology's core concepts and skills, including technical support, information systems, integration design, and software development.
This qualification is aimed towards learners who have an interest in developing their Computer Skills. The units you will study will advance your Microsoft computing competence. This qualification includes both theory and practical elements.
This programme prepares you to work in a range of entry-level support roles in an organisation, which may include employment in roles such as computer technician, service desk or technical support, or provide a pathway to further IT related study.??
