If you are considering a career in visual arts; if you have some experience in traditional media and want to translate your skillset to digital media then this class is designed for you.
The course will be held Online via Zoom video conference. Students will need access to a computer / tablet / phone with internet connection and zoom.us. After the lecture and demonstrations teachers regularly check and correct the digital image of a student's work, explain what works in particular cases and what does not, and why.
We do not teach our students to copy artworks made by someone else, artworks where all decisions are made for them. We help them develop a better connection with themselves, know what they want, and how to reach their goals.
This program is intended as a great "Quick Start" to Stop-Motion Animating. Whether you're cutting people out of paper for a "South Park" style, or animating your own puppets / figures or items, you'll make your ideas spring to life with stop motion animation.
