Mukul is a Director at Shradha HRD and handles two portfolios – Business Development and Finance. She has a Masters in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance.
Mukul spearheads the business development vertical at Shradha HRD and has been responsible for taking the Shradha HRD footprint pan India. Mukul’s team has allowed Shradha HRD to break into some large blue chip companies like Accenture, Infosys & Wipro which has resulted in business coming in from multiple companies & business verticals within the same group.
Some of Mukul’s key initiatives include opening up the large government training sector for Shradha HRD as well as the banking & finance sector which is a huge vertical for Shradha HRD.
Mukul has leveraged her finance background to ensure a healthy bottom line for the company. Roshini is a Director at Shraddha HRD and heads the learning vertical. With close to 30 years of experience working with different industries and over 20 years of experience in Learning & Development, Roshini and her team have designed, developed and rolled out learning interventions for over two million working executives.
The interventions range from simple new hire induction programs to complex Organizational Development initiatives. Some special initiatives Roshini has designed and executed with her team include-mentorship programs for women leaders, initiatives to integrate people with disabilities into the workspace and pan-India corporate social responsibility programs to enhance employability.
Constant innovation through research and incorporating best practices in learning and development from across the global is what Roshini and her team are known for.
