About ABM
If you love the idea of planning arts events, or working in galleries, museums, performing arts, or heritage organisations, then the Diploma in Arts Business Management (ABM) is what you are looking for!
With ABM, you will cultivate an appreciation for various creative art forms – ranging from theatre and music, to dance and visual arts – and gain the business and management skills to thrive in and contribute to the transformation of these sectors. Besides attending lectures and workshops, you can look forward to exciting industry visits and opportunities to work on projects sponsored by our reputable partners from the arts, culture and heritage fields.
We opened our doors with just 116 students in 1963 and offered courses in language, commerce and technology. Six decades on, we have never stopped preparing our learners for the challenges of their time. We remain unwavering in our commitment to give our learners an enriching learning journey.
Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) now offers 36 full-time diploma courses and five common entry programmes through nine academic schools and has a full-time student population of more than 13,000.
Our alumni community of over 170,000 is ever growing, with many making a difference across a broad spectrum of industries both locally and overseas.
We also support Continuing Education and Training (CET) through NP’s CET Academy, which offers a wide range of part-time programmes and short courses.

The Advanced Diploma in Business Management programme is offered with the main objective to provide the students the higher level perspective on issues of business and management.
