Professional Patisserie course is offered by Chez Gourmet. We are a team of friendly, passionate, fully qualified Cordon Bleu Chefs with years of teaching, cooking and catering experience gleaned in Cape Town’s finest restaurants, hotels and cooking schools.
Pastry Course is offered by Midrand Baking School.
This programme has been designed to provide a range of skills appropriate for a person working in a kitchen specialising in desserts, cakes and decoration.
This programme is more specialised and provides in-depth knowledge of the Patisserie (Pastry).
We also offer a specialized one day baking class for anyone wanting to learn or make something new Baking.
