This Diploma in IT course is designed for students who are interested in the technical aspects of computer and technologies and interested in pursuing a career in the IT industry. 

Students will also acquire specialized knowledge in essential business functions like accounting and management. This will place them in good stead for flexible career options or pursue an undergraduate degree in IT, computer network or IT security.

  • Student must have minimum age of 17 years old with min 3 GCE 'O' Level passes, SPM or equivalent or
  • Mature applicants of 25 years of age with minimum of 2 years of working experience
  • Other qualifications will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
  • English Requirements:
  • If English is not your first language you are also required to provide evidence of your English language skills as listed below.
  • Min. English IELTS 5.5 or equivalent

It also demonstrates the power of Java as a multi-platform programming language where applications build from Java can be run in MS O/S, Linux and Apple O/S. By following the examples in this program, the students will learn how to use these new standards in real-world applications, instead of just reading a dry reference manual. These real-life uses of the new HTML tags, WebSockets, and Canvas give the students the foundation of the skills required to build larger applications. Learning how to apply the new standards will prepare the students for the future of web development, regardless of what platform the users are on--desktop, tablet, or even smartphone.

At the end of the course, the students will understand why project management requires a high degree of professionalism, and how to achieve that end in future projects.
