Diploma In Information Technology

The Diploma in Information Technology and UK Higher National Diploma in Computing and Systems Development are designed to give student a broad knowledge and understanding of information technology principles which are essential for students to become effective IT personnel and administrators. 

Information Technology is the development, implementation, and maintenance of computer hardware and software systems to organize and communicate information electronically.

The Diploma and UK Higher National Diploma expose students to key functional areas of Information Technology, designed to enable students to develop system design skills and programming skills imperative for successful performance in employment. 

These attributes are amassed through the variety of core units; Computer Organization, Database, Operating System, Data Communication and Networking, Visual Programming, Management Information System, Multimedia and e-Commerce

Assessment for BTEC Higher National Diploma will solely be assignment based. Students are also provided with opportunities to undergo practical training to gain industrial exposure.
