Diploma in Retail Management (Work Based Learning)

This programme focus on a strong foundation in retail management, retail operation, retail relationships. Diploma in retail management programme designed to provide candidate with comprehensive understanding of the theoretical and applied aspects of retail management, with emphasis on the key perspectives that shape the retail marketplace, including environmental influences, retail relationships, and retail operation. 

Innovative International College programmes are available across several intake dates throughout the year. We encourage students to apply a month before intake starts to ensure a smooth registration, on-boarding and orientation process before classes begins.

Entry requirements

• A pass in SPM with at least Three (3) credit;
• Or
• A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) or its equivalent, with a minimum of credit
• (GP 2.0) in any subject and credits in Mathematics and a pass in English at the SPM level;
• Or
• A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (pass) and credits in Mathematics and a pass in English at SPM level;
• Or
• A pass in SKM Level 3 in a related field and a pass in SPM with a minimum of Three (3) credits in any subject with credits in Mathematics and a pass in English;
• Or
• A certificate or its equivalent in a related field.
• The curriculum places a strong emphasis on key skills in communication, human relations, and retail management and operations.
