This qualification reflects the roles of community services, case management and social housing workers involved in the managing, co-ordinating and/or delivering of person-centred services to individuals, groups and communities.

This qualification is designed to give you the skills and knowledge at diploma level, to work with individuals or groups, to assist them in pursuing the best solutions to a diverse range of personal and social issues.

This qualification reflects the role of community services workers who support clients through the provision of person-centred services. Work may include day-to-day support of individuals in community settings and supporting the implementation of specific community-based programs.
