Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care

This qualification reflects the role of an early childhood educators who are responsible for designing and implementing curriculum in early childhood education and care services. This program provides professional knowledge and skills to plan and implement appropriate care and educational experiences for young children.

This is a practical-based learning program, where students will also develop skills, knowledge and understanding of relative legal and ethical requirements, strategies and approaches to engage with young children and their families, methods and knowledge to facilitate children's interests, as well as knowledge and skills to foster holistic development and well-being.
