Diploma of Leadership and Management

The BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management provides students with the knowledge and practical skills required to perform the role of an employee who can use well-developed skills and have a broad knowledge base in a wide variety of contexts.

On completion of the course students will be able to analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources and may provide leadership and guidance to others.

Areas of study covered include leadership, self management, emotional intelligence, communication skills, financial numeracy, as well as the processing of business information, and the delivery of information and services to customers.

Learning how to prioritize, network and use business technologies to access, organise and monitor information demonstrates the comprehensive nature of the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.

At the end of the course, students will have the competencies to apply for employment as a Junior Manager in a variety of business contexts across various industries.
