Diploma of Project Management

This two days’ workshop will help participants understand process to build schedules using Microsoft project as a tool. It will also familiarize participants to various aspects of this tool which make regular tracking of the schedule realistic, thus restoring faith in plans.

On most engineering projects, scope, cost, and time pressures are almost inevitable. At any stage of an infrastructure or systems project, tools to plan, schedule and maintain control are essential for managing these challenges and delivering on time and on budget. 

Professional ScrumTM with Kanban (PSK) is a 2-day course that teaches Scrum practitioners how to apply Kanban practices to their work. Through theory, case studies, and hands-on exercises, participants will understand the importance of transparency and flow as it pertains to the Scrum framework.

This certification is designed for those with little or no project experience and provides an understanding of the fundamental knowledge, terminology and processes. We suggest students consider attend a Project Management Fundamentals course prior to attending.
