This course will explore Theory and Ideology related to leadership in education, including exploring Leadership styles and identifying their strengths. Additional focus will be placed on how educators can exhibit leadership in their current role.
This course will explore Theory and Ideology related to leadership in education, including exploring Leadership styles and identifying their strengths. Additional focus will be placed on how educators can exhibit leadership in their current role. A greater focus will be placed on developing a peer's skillset and crafting meaningful Professional Development experiences.
