In her professional career spanning 26 years, Soanali has had diverse work and learning experiences at various positions. Marketing Management being her area of specialization and working, allowed her to deal and interact with professionals and businessmen in different situations.
Her earlier stint of teaching at educational institutes like ICFAI Business School, IILM, IIRM and SCMHRD Nasik added to her repertoire of experience, the dynamics involved in skilling young learners and the teachers at various levels.
A passionate educator and a trainer with an intense desire to empower learners with requisite skills-set, Vandana Sharma, works extensively in the field of Soft Skills, Business Communication, English Language Teaching, Corporate Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Having served for more than two decades in academia and working with inquisitive minds across disciplines, she strongly believes in innovating and experimenting in the teaching-learning process.
Working as a freelancer for a couple of years, Vandana has given her services as a Consultant to Shri Karan Narendra Agriculture University (SKNAU), Rajasthan, to hone their communication skills and transform the lives of young learners under ICAR – World Bank sponsored project. Presently, she is working as a Consultant – Education and Training with Gemological Science International, Jaipur division.
Sanyog Misra, with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, additional qualification in ‘Gender Diversity and Inclusion in the Workplace’ and 25-plus years' diverse experience, takes credit in being a collaborator, creative thinker, problem solver, and results-driven management consultant having experience of diagnosing a range of problems, from small businesses to large corporations, and ideating solutions.
