At Hobbs House Bakery we love nothing more than to bake classic white loaves or delicious sourdough bread, however it's hard to overlook the flavours and creativity that can be enjoyed from the enriched dough.
Enriched dough refers to any dough that contains other ingredients aside from flour, water, yeast and salt. From the buttery brioche to the delicious doughnuts, you'll be adding colour, texture and flavour with the help of our expert teacher Jane Grafton.
On this much awaited, hands on, enriched dough course we will discuss the importance of the ingredients you choose, as well as showing you how to get the best results. We will bake Hobbs House classics such as Chelsea buns, cinnamon buns and a seasonal brioche tart for lunch. Not forgetting, of course, a selection of fabulous filled doughnuts to share, or not, with friends and family!
