We fill them with fresh jams and creme patisserie that we make on the class and top them with, we also make some with a maple glaze. Of course at the end of the class we have a doughnuts testing with a tipple and you go home with your own doughnuts.

As the day comes to a close, you’ll have the opportunity to savour all recipes covered during the class with a glass of wine, before taking home all four desserts to share (or not!)
