Packed with inspiration, whether it is patchwork & quilting, knitting, dressmaking or craft you are interested in you are assured of expert advise and of finding something to take home.
This class is designed for those who want help learning or reinforcing the basic beginner steps of sewing. It is perfect for any level of beginner, including those who have never touched a machine before!
Students learn the basics of sewing in a simple, creative and fun way. While enjoying learning to sew, children and youth develop important life and career skills such as problem-solving, patience and perseverance.
For  sewists that have a bit of experience: have you made a few garments but would like to learn the skill to take your sewings to the next level or you have been sewing for a few years but are a bit rusty?
This is a 8 week beginner course, that covers from threading your machine and reading a pattern, to making a simple project.
Learn to fit, sew and finish your clothes successfully or build on the sewing skills you already have (even if you are feeling out of practice).
