Dru Meditation classes delve deeply into the science of meditation to find inner peace amidst life’s challenges. It is a deep form of relaxation that helps practitioners find an inner stillness from which to experience the world. 

Mindfulness in heart and mind–come back to yourself! Tatami Studio has a relaxed atmosphere and our Dru Meditation class teaches students to effortlessly enter into meditation offering relaxation and an inspiring ‘recharge’.

Dru Meditation focuses on the five layers (koshas) of the body; the physical body (the outer layer), the energy body, the emotional body, the intellectual body and blissful body (the deepest layer of our being). 

The techniques taught in this class will give the student skills to help increase daily mindfulness, energy and peace. The pace of the class is such that persons of any fitness level can participate including seniors and those with varying abilities. 

Students will learn deep relaxation techniques and experience inner peace which can then be applied to daily life.
