DSE Risk Assessment

As an employer, you must protect your workers against the health risks associated with using display screen equipment (DSE), for example, laptops, tablets and computers.

Our 1-day Level 2 DSE Risk Assessment course will equip your employees with the skills to carry out DSE risk assessments and identify any issues in line with the Health and Safety Executive's (HSE) guidance. All candidates attending the Level 2 Award in DSE Risk Assessment must bring with them photographic ID.

Who it is for?

• Our DSE Risk Assessment training course is Ideal for any member of staff who use a workstation, but particularly for supervisors of staff that use display screen equipment, or appointed H&S personnel whose duties should include carrying out DSE assessments.
• You should also take this course if you are setting up a workstation at home.

How is it assessed?

• Delegates are continually assessed by our highly experienced St John Ambulance Cymru trainers in line with current HSE guidelines.

Certification

• After successfully completing your DSE Risk Assessment training course with St John Ambulance Cymru (SJAC), you will be awarded with a British Safety Council (BSC) awarded Level 2 certificate. which is valid for 3 years.
• This will enable you to be an effective DSE Risk Assessor according to HSE regulations.
