Learning that Works
We make people more employable by teaching them the skills businesses truly need and providing them with opportunities to help them stand out from the crowd.
The training programme is predominantly aimed at private and voluntary sector early years and childcare providers but some courses may be of interest to schools with nursery provision.
The purpose of this course is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to deliver fun and engaging coaching sessions for beginner into community club participants.
The core element of a T Level in education and early years will allow you to develop your knowledge and understanding in a broad range of topics such as child development, safeguarding and special educational needs, as well as learning about the role of families and support agencies.
Our course leads to the internationally recognised Cambridge CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages). This is the first professional qualification for TEFL (teachers of English as a foreign language).
Our aim is to help you become a committed, confident and creative teacher so we’ll train you in the essential tools you need to kick-start your career in education.
