You’ll learn how to use various types of cups—silicone, static, and plastic—to relieve pain, reduce muscle tension, and stimulate blood and lymphatic circulation.We’ll guide you through the history and principles of cupping, along with essential techniques like stationary cupping, sliding cupping, and flash cupping.

You’ll also gain an understanding of the physiological benefits of cupping, learning how to integrate it into your practice for conditions such as sports injuries, stress-related issues, and general muscle tension.

Safety, contraindications, and proper application techniques will be emphasized throughout, ensuring that your clients receive effective and personalized care.
