The Level 3 Award in Education and Training is a knowledge and practice-based introduction to teaching and/or training. Candidates who successfully complete this qualification will have a fundamental understanding of the roles and responsibilities of a teacher/trainer in relation to Professional Standards, legislation, equality, diversity, inclusivity and meeting the needs of learners.
They will be able to sequence learning, plan and deliver lessons, using appropriate resources, teaching methods, and learning theories. They will also be able to identify the characteristics of effective assessment and feedback practice in the learning context.

This is a two-year technical course covering core educational themes from birth to nineteen years with specialist early years education and care content from birth to seven years. This course provides excellent opportunity for academic study alongside practical experience.
The purpose of this course is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to deliver fun and engaging coaching sessions for beginner into community club participants.
The broad purpose of the occupation is to work and interact directly with children on a day-today basis supporting the planning of and delivery of activities, purposeful play opportunities and educational programmes within the ethos of the setting.
Our (Secondary) Physical Education PGCE leads to the award of Qualified Teacher Status for the 11–16 age range and offers enrichment opportunities to teach age 16–18.
