Matt Guiver

Matt's intrepid and natural curiosity for life has seen his 25 year career take on various leadership roles across numerous industries and sectors. In truth he was on a journey of discovery to navigate his own path, working out what made him tick, what his skills and competencies were and where he could have maximum impact.

It wasn’t until he turned 40 that he discovered his true vocation, threading his broad experience into executive leadership coaching helping others find their purpose - navigating how to live their true north while leveraging their skills, competencies through authentic leadership.

Matt graduated in Industrial design, helping him to form the backbone to his creative instincts. He has always been curious about what makes people tick and has become interculturally astute having driven many projects, partnerships and developments in over 35 countries spanning Asia, Africa, Europe and the Americas.

Matt combines his first hand experience and creative flair with his qualifications and accreditations to help clients navigate their goals with a tactical soundboard . The clarity gained allows them to reach their goals in line with their true north
