CareerCAD, formerly known as Career Judge, was established in 2007 with the focus on providing career/HR talent development services to corporate organizations, educational institutions, students, and professionals.

CareerCAD boards a group of dedicated professionals – psychologists, educationists, trainers, and counsellors  who have proven their passion and commitment in helping individuals realize their talents and leverage them in reaching their career aspirations.

In the initial years of its establishment, CareerCAD focused on catering to HR-talent assessment and development services. It has offered employee assessment services, psychometric consultancy, competency and performance evaluation and development programs to reputed national and international organizations. Some of our esteemed customers include Autodesk, NIIT, NSE-iT, Eduquity Career Technologies, Vee Technologies, Google, Semantec, Lifology, Metro, and UST Global.

In the later part of 2012, CareerCAD diversified into career guidance and development services. The impetus came from the reports of NASSCOM and other governmental bodies that young people who seek employment lack relevant employability skills. Many are misguided and choose wrong careers.

They often end up in an irreversible course of career impasse. CareerCAD’s comprehensive career guidance and development programs have been initiated to address the needs of students and young job seekers in upskilling themselves.

In order to enhance the language skills of job seekers, CareerCAD offers both online and offline foreign language training. It also catalyzes their migration to foreign countries for studies and jobs by providing end-to-end migration processing service.  

Deutschvidya is CareerCAD’s dedicated language training platform for job-oriented German training. It provides intensive language training and exam preparation both offline and online.
