Building positive workplace relationships is vital for career success. Relationships can positively or negatively affect your satisfaction with the job, your ability to advance and gain recognition for your achievements.
When you build positive relationships, you feel more comfortable with your interactions and less intimidated by others. You feel a closer bond to the people you spend the majority of your time working with.
However, for a lot of people, relationship building isn't natural or easy to do. Most refuse to admit this is a concern because it is such a basic, common sense concept; they assume they already know how to do it.
Course Aims
IODT will help discover what delegates can do to contribute to a healthy workplace and building positive relationships. To identify when working with people who respect you and who value your contributions strongly affects the level of job satisfaction, in turn can improve the delegate’s ability to produce quality work.

There are no entry requirements; however you will need to have a basic knowledge of computing and a good level of English minimum Level 1.
Our Professional Boundaries training prioritises safeguarding both service recipients and professionals or volunteers providing care and support. Allegations of inappropriate behaviour by professionals or volunteers can have grave consequences for all parties involved.
Our 2-day Effective Communication and Influencing course aims to provide attendees with a range of skills and behaviours which will allow them to communication clearly and effectively.
