This course will examine how carer’s can use effective communication and develop a better understand of complex behaviour with people that have ASD.
Without ‘good’ communication we can’t function on any level within Health and Social Care. Communication is the key skill, without it we cannot unlock the door to the knowledge, understanding and skills need to work with our team and with our clients.
We do also offer more specialist workshops based on the individual skill set of our practitioners and events that are occurring in the academic calendar. For example, our practitioners who specialise in learning difficulties may offer a dyslexia help workshop, or there may be an anti bullying works...
This program is about learning about the writing process and covers the full spectrum of documents used when corresponding in the workplace.
