The course is designed to improve and teach the students the proper methods of conducting EKG exams and interpretation. It includes how to measure electrical signals from the heart, heart exams, and stress testing. Upon completion, students will learn the proper methods of conducting and interpreting results and assessments.
For further career opportunities, to be fully certified, one must be able to complete the Planning, Implementing & Evaluating and Instructional Program (DSD) and Principles of Method Teaching Adult Learners course. The order of courses does not matter if both courses are completed.
