MCL Medics: Who We Are
Trusted healthcare provider
MCL Medics was established in 1999, support over 500,000 employees and over this time we have built an impeccable reputation by providing a first class service.
A trusted UK accredited national Occupational Health service provider, specialising in bespoke Occupational Health solutions. We are proud to deliver responsiveness, strong client focus, added value, innovation and above all, a partnership approach.
We understand the complexities in today’s world of business and the challenges this creates – that’s why we keep things simple – delivering a flexible service that is tailored to the needs of your business. First class customer service is the cornerstone of our strategy.
We take a different and refreshing approach to service delivery, listening to our clients and not promising what we cannot deliver. We are not complacent and recognise that our clients’ needs change over time: good service today does not guarantee good service tomorrow unless we continuously work hard to improve the service we deliver in partnership with our clients.
We are consistent in the way we do business, from how we manage our risks to how we treat our customers and employees. Our approach is underpinned by our core values.
What diversity and inclusion means to MCL Medics
Culture: The best we can be
At MCL Medics, we recognise the importance to nurturing an inclusive culture, a commitment to our people and to accelerating equality. This commitment starts at the top with our chief executive officer.
We understand it enables us to attract, develop, inspire and reward excellence. And it allows for an environment that unleashes innovation, allows our people to perform at their very best and underpins a culture in which everyone feels they have an equal opportunity to belong and build a career.
All colleagues at all levels help create and sustain a culture of equality where everyone can advance and thrive. Our areas of focus include gender, ethnicity, LGBT+, religion, persons with disabilities and cross-cultural diversity.
