33 The Parade was once a family home, built in 1866. Today, it is the home of our family-run business, The Centre. Our founder, Viv Lancey, envisioned a hub designed to meet our diverse range of health and wellness needs.

As a former international athlete and chartered physiotherapist, Viv knew that experience and quality had to be at the heart of The Centre to provide the very best treatments and services.

The Centre originally opened in 1998, occupying just the ground floor of the building and offering a range of services from physiotherapy and education to osteopathy and hypnotherapy. In 2019, THE Centre closed its doors to refurbish and update its facilities and services for modern needs

Now, The Centre has expanded to fill the entire building, the home of Sports Performance Services Ltd and StellaR Performance. We offer hydrotherapy, physiotherapy, sports massage, advanced skincare, hairdressing and beauty therapy, reformer pilates and more, all under one roof.

Always aspiring to exceed our own standards, we have room to grow and add new services to continue to provide you with comprehensive, specialist services that support your health and wellbeing. 

Our practitioners are highly qualified with years of experience. At The Centre, we believe that comprehensive experience creates the highest quality and the in-house courses offered by SPS Ltd on massage are committed to sharing our passion, knowledge and experience.
