The Emergency First Aid at Work course is more properly described as the Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (RQCF). This Emergency First Aid at Work course is fully accredited on the RQF (Regulated Qualifications Framework) at Level 3.
Formerly known as the appointed person’s First Aid course, it is the minimum expected training for an employee to undergo in order to be an organisation’s appointed First Aider.

If you're working in the construction industry, your workplace will be classed as high-risk. Therefore, you will need a 3-Day First Aid at Work certificate. Our 3-Day construction first aid course is FAIB Accredited and fully recognised by the HSE.
This qualification meets the requirements for training first-aiders in those organisations that have identified that staff need to be trained to this level within their first-aid needs assessment.
After this one-day course, trainees will be more confident in recognising a variety of common mental health conditions, having supportive conversations, and signposting people to support and professional help.
A one day course suitable for “Appointed Persons” under the Health and Safety Regulations. To be renewed every 3 years.
