The Emergency First Aid at Work course aims to teach participants the basic aspects of dealing with emergencies, with an emphasis on those occurring in the workplace. Handling ‘Life-Threatening’ situations are covered, as well as recognising and responding to some of the more common ailments that may be encountered in the workplace, giving essential lifesaving skills to deal with an incident until professional help arrives.
To demonstrate the essential basic life support skills, we encourage participants to take an active role in the practical acquisition of these skills. We believe this approach helps participants build their confidence, gain practical experience, and further their knowledge to be able to deal with an incident.
