Our Emergency First Aid Course offers an overview of First Aid and CPR skills for workplaces or home use. This course covers skills needed to recognize, prevent and respond to circulation emergencies for adults (CPR level A, C, or HCP).
Topics include airway breathing emergencies and prevention of disease transmission. All full course participants receive a Manual & Certification Card.
Duration
Blended Emergency First Aid & CPR: 4 hours online learning, 3.5-4.5 hours teaching time.Basic one-day course offering an overview of first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home.
Includes the latest first aid and CPR guidelines. Meets OHS regulations for Basic First Aid. Exceeds competitors’ standards by including injury prevention content, CPR and AED.

This basic one-day course offers lifesaving first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills for the workplace or home for adults, children, and infants as well as the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs).
Emergency First Aid and CPR is an eight hour in-class course, or offered in a blended learning format which is up to three hours of online training plus five hours in-class with an instructor.
Learn how to assess and treat airway, breathing, and circulatory emergencies; and manage medical, musculoskeletal, and environmental emergencies.
This course covers in-depth CPR training for lay rescuers and first responders covering all age ranges. The course includes CPR theory, CPR 1-rescuer, CPR 2-rescuer, airway obstructions, barrier devices, recovery position, and AED awareness.
We offer the Occupational First Aid Level 1 course in accordance with WorkSafeBC. The course will take eight hours and will cover a number of topics which include CPR and automated external defibrillator training.
