What is an EMT?
Emergency Medical Technicians respond to emergencies and provide first-line medical or emergency care for sick and injured people at a non-hospital scene and/or while they are being transported to the hospital for care. EMTs work in a variety of environments like hospitals, ambulances, fire departments, security, or other rescue services.
