This experiences helps us to bring realism to our training and demonstrate a true understanding of how early intervention can improve patient outcomes. We offer a range of regulated and non regulated courses ranging from a few hours to regular bespoke training packages.
Our teaching style
As a training organisation we specialise in bringing the training to you. Our preferred style of teaching emphasises the practical elements, promoting muscle memory and limiting the time spent on presentations. This means we often combine our theory elements into our practical sessions.
We strongly believe undertaking the learning in the environment you work in helps you embed the skills required for your organisation. We often arrange for your trainer to visit the site prior to undertaking the training so that they can review any areas of first aid that you feel may need extra attention and agree areas that we could use for scenarios.
Our skilled trainers prefer to complete any practical and scenario work around your working environment and wearing any specialist PPE your staff may require for the day to day job. This helps to ensure realism and problem solving.
