Our Ergonomics Training course will give participants a basic understanding of the science of ergonomics and how it can be applied to cumulative trauma disorders and repetitive strain injuries. This ergo training program will also show you how to effectively identify ergonomic hazards to reduce the risk of pulled muscles, fatigue, back strains, stress, etc. We will show you simple techniques that can be applied by every employee in the workforce to avoid these types of injuries, whether they are in an office or much more physical environment.

Our health and safety training courses can quality for CPD points with the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and the Board of Canadian Registered Safety Professionals (BCRSP).
This course contains 2 technical hours and may be eligible for HRPA and/or BCRSP CPD points.
Open Classroom Training
MidSouthWest offers a large selection of open training classes - both online and in person at locations across Ontario.

This course is for truck mounted cranes under the capacity of 7300kgs and is only available onsite so we can fit your companies requirements for the makes, models and applications for which it is used for in your workplace.
