This training will allow you to acquire and perfect skills related to emotional intelligence, easy to put into practice in your professional life. Based on the assessment of your abilities, you will have the opportunity to recognize your strengths and determine what you need to improve to reach a higher level and develop your leadership.
Goals:
Become aware of the role and importance of emotions.
Take stock of your emotional and social skills using the EQ-i 2.0 mc tool and familiarize yourself with the skills underlying them.
Acquire and develop emotional skills associated with leadership: authenticity, coaching , perspective ( insight ) and innovation.
Know how to exercise your leadership in order to promote health at work and the performance of your team.
