It emphasizes empathy and "emotional intelligence," or EQ, which refers to the ability to detect and manage one's own feelings, listen into others' feelings and comprehend their viewpoints, and use this information to guide a meaningful social engagement.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

  • understand and harness the power of emotional intelligence.

  • be empowered with proven strategies to build relationships & be a people person.
