Emotional intelligence is the ability to be aware of and to manage emotions and relationships. This course will help you to develop your emotional intelligence, which in turn will help you to become more successful in your personal and professional relationships.

Through interactive exercises and activities, the Emotional Intelligence course will help you understand how to connect with other people on an emotional level. Along the way, you will gain skills, tools, and techniques that you can utilise in your personal and professional life.

The Emotional Intelligence course is optimised for all devices and takes approximately two hours of study time to complete.
