Founded in 2017 to address the skills gaps across Hertfordshire and surrounding areas, as identified by the Hertfordshire LEP (Local Enterprise Partnership). iSales Academy Ltd is an apprenticeship provider specialising in Sales, Technical Sales, Technical Support, Digital Marketing and Management and Leadership qualifications.
The iSales leadership team work closely with employers and industry experts to create and maintain curriculums that will develop relevant Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs) that collectively, will lead to positive outcomes for every iSales Apprentice based on their chosen destination, whether that next step is a Higher Apprenticeship or career progression.
iSales are different; we are a small specialist provider that has forged strong working relationships with local employers and other industry experts to ensure that the curriculums we provide remain in alignment with current thinking.
At iSales, we aim to be the best apprenticeship provider possible, and are very proud of our Apprentices and the results they achieve. Central to success is the 3-way partnership that is fostered between Apprentice, employer and iSales staff.

Each day, individuals are faced with various challenges in the workplace. Whether it is using social skills and interpersonal skills with a difficult customer or a problem to solve, the ability to manage emotions becomes increasingly important.
This Course has been designed to help leaders and managers to gain advanced knowledge of applying emotional intelligence to achieve work life balance. The training will focus on helping you to relate effectively with difficult individuals. It will also help you to develop empathy with others.
