Alongside our Public ‘face to face’ Classroom courses, there is still very much a demand for training to be delivered ‘virtually’. We are able to deliver the majority of our courses as Virtual Classrooms for both individuals as Public Courses, and for teams as In-House courses.
We can deliver the courses via Zoom or Microsoft Teams as required. Also, as we do not incur the costs of travel and expensive venue hire when delivering a Virtual Course, we can offer these at a reduced rate. We also run them over a shorter period with lots of comfort breaks built in.
Most of our Virtual Classrooms are delivered as “Blended Learning” which means they are delivered as a blend of a “live and interactive” session with the course tutor and an e-Learning module which can be studied at your own pace. Our Virtual Classrooms are generally CPD Accredited
How to categorise people based on their needs to make useful conclusions on follow up actions
This workshop aims to support parents and carers of school-age children and young people whose experience of anxious thoughts and feelings is leading to school avoidance. These difficulties are often referred to as Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA).
When you think about truly extraordinary people who inspire others and make a difference, you will see that they do this by connecting with people at a personal and emotional level. What differentiates them is not their IQ, but their EQ – their emotional intelligence.
EI encompasses an individual’s capacity to recognise, understand, manage, and effectively use their own emotions while also empathizing with the emotions of others. This critical skill set offers numerous benefits in selling, fostering stronger relationships and increasing sales potential.
So that your people don’t end up burnt out or ill from the effects of other people’s negative emotions.
