Hello
My name is Helen Lawson (MBPsS), and I am the founder of Wellbeing Training Solutions. I have been developing and delivering training in many shapes and forms for over 20 years.
In 2016, I set-up Wellbeing Training Solutions (formerly Boutique Training Solutions). From my work in business, education and health, I recognised a consistent theme; the absence of basic skills, are responsible for unnecessary struggles for many, at work and in life. My greatest pleasure is unleashing these skills in others.
Every day, I get to share effective strategies that can change people from the inside out. And that can change businesses from the inside out too.
You can't inspire others if you aren't inspired yourself
I am passionate about developing and delivering training that inspires others and makes a difference. I thrive on creating the perfect session to meet the needs of organisations, and their delegates.
I love bringing a wealth of experience, a positive, light-hearted, inclusive approach, and an absolute insistence that delegates must be able to do something better at the end of the session. Knowledge is not power. Application of knowledge is power.

A trainer who prides herself on rapport built on warmth and engagement
Content that is rich and thought provoking
Delivery that is varied and interesting, with enough challenge to develop, but not so much it overwhelms
A trainer with real-world, and theoretical knowledge, adapting to client and audience needs
Delegates ready and inspired to transfer their learning to the workplace
An experience which consistently generates excellent feedback
Wellbeing beyond the training room
Sharing knowledge on ways to live and work better, isn't just a job for me. It's a core part of what makes me tick. So, when I was asked to collaborate on a book during the Covid 19 pandemic, daunted but undeterred, I was eager to share what knowledge I could, to help others.
My reflections on resilience became the opening chapter and reviews received at the time, suggested the project fulfilled its objective of supporting people to thrive rather than survive, as they transitioned out of an unprecedented period in history.
Emotional intelligence training is not just a desirable ‘soft skill’. In fact, research indicates that emotional intelligence can be a better indicator of workplace performance than IQ.
Coaches will delve into emotional intelligence competencies and learn how to create a psychologically safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.
This Workshop is usually one day in duration but can be a two-day event with group, and individual case study work to allow discussions about the various thoughts we all have about EI
This course is for individuals who want to gain an insight into how emotions shape our behaviour.
The Emotional Intelligence for Leaders course will enable you to assess and build your own emotional intelligence and leadership skills. You will learn techniques to better manage behaviours that hold you back from optimal performance.
