Between workshop one and two participants will put in practice what they have learnt at their workplaces and will discuss successes, challenges and lessons learnt as part of workshop 2.
During the course, participants will complete a self-assessment that will form the basis of a personal emotional intelligence development plan that will help build their personal resilience and leadership skills.
